If you wish to return or exchange an item you have bought, please contact us via email at to let us know your intention to return/exchange.

Returns or exchanges on all merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of the placement of the order if the items are unused, unworn, and unwashed. After 30 days, returns are ONLY accepted if you have received the wrong item or if the merchandise has arrived damaged or defective. CDs, Records and DVDs must remain factory sealed, unless they are damaged or defective.

All shipping costs for returns/exchanges must be covered by the buyer. If the return is a result of a Gwilym Gold Online Store error, please contact for more information.
